- SHIPPING
- Costs in shipping for the CEE and USA will be included in the price for merchandise over 300 € (350 US Dollars). If the merchandise is under a half kilogram and under a 300€ (350 US Dollars) then a charge of 12 € (12 US) Dollars) will be added. For shipping to Asia and Japan the amount of 30€ (35 US Dollars) will be added.
- For heavy shipping (more than half kilogram) or large volume (Samples of several small pieces) the cost of shipping will be agree between buyer and seller.
- Unless indicated otherwise by the buyer, the seller will decide the shipping company. If the buyer wants to use other means (Seur , DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc.) the cost will be assumed by the buyer.

- PAYMENT
- CREDITS CARDS:
- All international credit cards will be accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, etc.)
- Electronic banking transfers
- Western Union transfers
- No money orders
- All information required for payment should be correct.
- Payment of taxes will be responsibility of the buyer and will depending on country requirements.

- REFOUND
- The buyer will have 15 days to return the merchandise in case of damage lack of satisfaction with it. There will be a full refund. However the buyer will be pay the shipping cost.
- To avoid any discrepancy, 30 days will be allowed for merchandise to arrive to seller from date of shipment by the buyer.
- Will be confirm via email the arrival of the merchandise and date and manner of refund.
